Volunteer and Advocate Policies
The Volunteer and Advocate Policies provide overall guidance and direction for volunteers so that they can effectively advocate in the best interest of the child. These policies demonstrate to the community that Child Advocates of Montgomery County:
- Respects and protects the children the programs serve.
- Values the time, skills, and commitment of its Advocates.
- Maintains policies and procedures for accountability and effective management.
- Works to continually evaluate and improve the Child Advocates of Montgomery County Program.
All Advocates sign a pledge of compliance to follow all policies while volunteering for Child Advocates.
